1. Get out your calendar and pick a day or half-day for your retreat, at least 1 week from now so there's time for us to prepare together. Choose a day that feels spacious and easy for you to focus on you!
2. Schedule a one-hour call with me to get started. On that call, we'll identify your goals and get clear on what self-care activities will be most helpful for you. If you don't see a time that works for you, email me and we'll find something that works!
3. Next, I'll send you your retreat outline.
4. You'll sink into your personalized retreat experience!
5. Finally, we'll have another one-hour self-care coaching call to integrate your experience, bring accountability and create a self-care action plan for you going forward.
