Spiritual Book Club
Do you love reading life-changing books and talking to other women about them?
Join me for a December 2020 book club where we do a deep-dive into Wild Mercy by Mirabai Starr.
I started hosting these book clubs because I want to talk to other women about life-changing books and the themes they bring up around patriarchy, spirituality, gender roles, and societal expectations.
Let's connect in an intentional way and hold space for each other as we dive deep into these themes!
And let's do it together. I truly believe that when women support each other, magical things happen. Together, in an intentional space created in Spiritual Book Club, we'll create some magic. This goes beyond just reading the book and talking about the text.
How does it work?
Each "session" of the book club lasts four weeks and involves a weekly hour-long facilitated Zoom discussion.
Thursday, December 3 from 7 - 8 PM
Thursday, December 10 from 7 - 8 PM
Thursday, December 17 from 7 - 8 PM
**Tuesday, December 22 from 7 - 8 PM
What does it cost?
This book club is by donation on a sliding scale of $10 - $60. Please pay what feels good to you.
Why should I join?
Not only will you join a powerful group of women and make some amazing connections, you'll also get bonus writing prompts, other book recommendations, and deep insight into your own life. Sure, you could read the book on your own. But this group will provide accountability, community, thought-provoking discussion, and a whole lot more depth to your experience with the book.
I hope you'll join us!
"Highly recommend joining one of Chelsea's book clubs - or anything Chelsea is offering! Being in her presence (virtual or in-person) will leave you feeling calmer, centered, and encouraged. She's a breath of fresh air."
"Chelsea chose an insightful and impactful book, gathered together a group of total strangers, and skillfully and with great warmth connected us all, heart to heart, in the cold medium of Zoom. She guided us, nurtured us and supported us. And collectively we expanded our horizons, gained new insights and showed how compassionate, articulate and wise women can be when we are given the safe space to think big. It was a true joy!"
