Sacred Self-care Retreats

I'm so excited to share with you that I'm starting a writing and sacred personal retreat business!

It all started about a year ago when I realized I wanted to work for myself. I've had a winding career of massage therapy, non-profit work, baking bread, and most recently, writing! I'm pursuing a more vibrant way of creating energy - and income - for myself. I have longed to do what I truly love in a way that feels aligned with the rest of my life, and now I'm listening to that longing.

I've been writing books and writing blog posts and writing, writing, writing, which I absolutely love and will continue to do. But I've had this feeling that there was something more that I'm meant to do. There's something more that I want to create in the world.

Through my words, but also through my life, I want to heal our broken relationship to ourselves, each other, Earth, and Spirit. I believe my work in the world is to help people find radical re-connection to themselves through my writing and by sharing the places that I love. So I'm starting with a very special place indeed, my family's peaceful, sacred mountaintop cabin in Pittsford, VT.

In this beautiful space, I create sacred personalized solo retreats for women to step away from their busy lives and honor their need for rest, rejuvenation, and peace. These curated weekends focus on celebrating the feminine, sacred self care, and radical connection and rejuvenation.

Imagine – just this once you give yourself two days of dedicated “me time” to rejuvenate. You walk away feeling refreshed. You’ve filled up your cup so that you can go home and keep filling for others. You’ve reconnected with your true self – the self that gets lost in the daily shuffle. You lounged in a cozy cabin and swam in a lake and sat in a hammock with a book and a glass of lemonade. You’re inspired by thoughtful poetry and inspirational quotes. You have concrete action steps for how to bring more self care into the rest of your life. You’re able to be present, calm, loving and joyful – because you got some quiet time for yourself.

And the best part is – even though you’ll be by yourself for the weekend, you won’t be creating this sacred space alone. I’ll be there every step of the way helping you to create a beautiful container to flourish in.

In your Sacred Self-care Weekend Retreat, you’ll have an opportunity to refresh and rejuvenate – on your own, but completely supported.

Want to learn more or know someone who might jump at this opportunity to give themselves the gift of rejuvenation and rest? Email me to be notified when I start booking for select weekends from August - December 2020!
